I’m Nancy and I am a life coach who helps mothers find more time, energy and confidence in their life, helping them come up with a clear vision of what they’d love their life to look like and then help them make that vision their reality.

Coaching with NLP

Catkin Coaching uses NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) within the coaching framework to help you achieve your goals.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) sounds complicated but simply put, it offers a range of effective techniques that work with your senses to create new responses to situations and change the impact of your memories.

You might have vivid memories that still impact your life that you want to be free from, or a habit that seems impossible to break, or you might find it hard to stop negative thoughts keeping you awake at night. There are a range of NLP techniques that work with lots of different situations that are quick, effective and which you can apply to your life going forward.
